Though a lot of people have recently been choosing cheese and dairy alternatives, studies show that there may not be any correlation between weight loss and cutting out dairy. Loading up on dairy food that comes from cows will not cause you to lose weight instantly, but incorporating those foods rather than dairy-free foods into a healthy, every day diet, can stabilize your weight. Studies have shown that consuming almond and soy based products have had no correlation with losing weight. There are a lot of diets these days aiming towards going dairy-free, but that might not be the best idea after all. Studies have also shown that those who cut out dairy, are not getting enough (if any) nutrients from that food group at all.
